Which services were offered, which special promotions were carried out, what kind of customer retention activities were undertaken – anything and everything that was relevant in the competitive environment was documented and systematically analyzed.
Over the course of several months, a clear picture emerged which showed which offerings and services had to be amended to better suit customer behavior.
